Hey, I was just wondering, I'm currently in school getting a marine science degree, and I'm planning to hit grad school once I graduate. I want to study coral reefs specifically, where do you think I should be looking for internships/ research opportunities?

You could try volunteering for organizations like Blue Ventures, GVI, or Operation Wallacea that run reef surveys & conservation work. Or look at Stop Dodo for internships.
Find out which Universities have strong coral reef based work. I know that in the UK, the University of Essex has a strong tropical marine biology programme. You just have to look at course content, what they can offer you etc.
Volunteer for a reef research lab. Make their coffee. Learn things.
Accumulate experience anywhere and everywhere you can! Best advice for any job.
